- “I had been interested in the practice of meditation and had tried it many times without success. When I started learning and practicing with Claudia, I discovered my failures were the result of the many misconceptions I had about how to meditate. Claudia taught me that to become a successful practitioner of meditation, I needed to understand the process. I needed to recognize that patience and consistency were necessary. My journey to learn about mediation started about three years ago. Claudia taught me to make time daily to reflect upon breathing, as it is the core of life.
